Refund policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY 
At Burrow and Be Australia, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind, Size or Style on full priced items only

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Has swing tags attached
- Returned with proof of purchase, and 

- is not a sale product or discounted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind or sizing/style reasons.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll offer you:

- An exchange, or
- A store credit, usable online or in-store
Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or size/style preferences.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@burrowandbe.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review the case and do our best to make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@burrowandbe.com.au.  If your return is accepted, we can send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Return shipping is a flat rate $10.95 per order in Australia and it will be deducted off your return. Otherwise, you may organise your own return shipping.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds are only available for faulty items, as per Australian Consumer Law.
